This is an incredible home and guest home with Mountain Views of Piestewa Peak only minutes away. Walk to Granada Park and enjoy the desert ambiance, water, Mountains and playground.This is a beautiful high-end neighborhood close to the best dining and shopping at the Biltmore Fashion Square.

Overall I was pleased with the room sizes, amenities, and cleanliness. If I were the owners I would replace the sun room cushions as some were very badly soiled and one was torn open. Additionally, although the barn style door leading into the master bedroom looks nice, it offers no sound protection from early risers mulling around in the kitchen, while people in the master are still trying to sleep, so I would think about putting a 2nd door on the inside of the master to provide some acoustic protection. Overall everyone was pleased with the roominess of the house and comfort of the beds. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

This is a wonderful property - the home and grounds are awesome and it’s very convenient for golf, shopping, dining and hiking. Loved L’Amore Italian about a mile away. Would recommend it without any reservations. Owners were very professional and easy to work with.
