A real highlight is the covered loggia with a sunny southwest-facing location, where you can enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea air and sunshine all day long, well into the evening. Whether you’re having breakfast outdoors, afternoon coffee, or a glass of wine in the evening—this sheltered outdoor area with patio furniture will quickly become your favorite spot.

The apartment welcomes you with a bright, inviting living atmosphere, floor-to-ceiling windows with sun-protective glazing, cozy underfloor heating, and free Wi-Fi. The open, fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want: Here you’ll find a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and an oven—ideal for sharing meals in a cozy setting.

In the living area, a comfortable double sofa bed provides flexible sleeping options. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment for relaxing evenings. The separate bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed and another flat-screen TV, and thanks to the additional stackable bed with a sleeping surface of 90 × 200 cm, it offers enough space for up to three people. The fold-out bed can be used flexibly both as a place to sleep at night and as a spot to rest and relax during the day.

The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and comfortable underfloor heating—perfect for relaxing mornings or restful evenings after a day at the beach.

The loggia is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and extends the living space outdoors—a wonderful place to soak up the healthy sea air and unwind.
