Our NEWLY RENOVATED (available starting Oct. 25) 80-square-meter, light-filled vacation apartment (renovated in Sept. 2025) is perfect for small families or simply a spacious getaway for two (baby crib and extra bed available upon request) is located in the beautiful southern Alpine foothills, in Gaißach-Lehen, near the well-known Gaißach Children’s Health Resort and Specialized Clinic (approx. 50 km south of Munich). In this idyllic and peaceful setting, you can enjoy your vacation in the sophisticated ambiance of this lovingly furnished two-story apartment. The spacious balconies surrounding the apartment offer many different views of the surrounding mountains and, thanks to the exposed roof trusses, create a special atmosphere in the sleeping area.
The upper balcony is accessible from the bedroom and offers a very comfortable spot to sit with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the adjacent forest and the mountainous landscape.
The bedroom features a rustic, striking log bed (180x200) with nightstands carved from tree trunks that deserve special attention.
The lighting attached to the log bed gives the room a special touch and literally invites you to linger and spend the night. Ample storage space for your suitcases and clothing is provided, as are fresh, fragrant bed linens and towels laid out for your use.
The large bathroom, also located on the upper floor of the apartment, stands out visually with its stylish yet rustic accents, such as the stone sink and wood finishes. Ample space in the walk-in shower and the windowed area offers a direct view of the nearby “Schwaiger Alm,” which is perfect for a hiking excursion.
The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, a washing machine with detergent (a clothes rack, ironing board, and iron are also included in the apartment’s amenities), as well as towels in various sizes for each guest.

On the lower level of the vacation apartment—which is located on the first floor—the windowed guest restroom stands out as a very pleasant space thanks to its natural stone sinks.
The entryway, which is accessed via an outdoor steel staircase and features unique design details, leads into the kitchen’s very inviting atmosphere. The kitchen has a modern design and offers our guests the opportunity to prepare their own culinary delights and enjoy extensive meal preparation. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, ceramic cooktop, blender, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. Elegant touches, such as a wine rack made of reclaimed pallet wood, round out the tasteful kitchen. Meals can be enjoyed at the stylish table (raw wood with a glass top) in the cozy ambiance of the living and dining area.
This area is equipped with a flat-screen TV (with internet), ensuring nothing stands in the way of a pleasant evening of TV. The living room is complemented by the cozy pull-out couch and the carefully chosen warm colors of the walls, which coordinate with the floor, furnishings, plants, and artwork. Just relax and feel at home!
The lower balcony is accessible from the living room and offers additional seating where you can watch the morning sun rise over the south-facing balcony and the Karwendel Mountains. The living room, bathed in morning light, is a treat for the soul and invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the dining area or even outside on the balcony.
