About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Arlet vacation rental.
The vacation rental is located about 50 km south of Munich in the beautiful town of Gaißach. With excellent transportation links (30 minutes from the highway, 5 minutes to the train station), it’s ideal for day trips to hike and ski in the mountains or go swimming in Lake Kochel, Lake Walchen, or Lake Tegernsee. The well-known Gaißach Children’s Hospital is also just a 20-minute walk away.
On the second floor of our new building (completed in 2022), you’ll find a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, as well as one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. If needed, we can provide (for an additional fee) an extra room with a 1.40-meter bed. In addition, a large living and dining room invites you to relax and unwind. In the spacious kitchen with its lovely balcony, you can enjoy a view of the mountains of the Alpine foothills while sipping your morning coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water.
We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. This stop was only a two minute walk from the apartment. We took the train into Munchen on two different days to attend Oktoberfest. A bank (Raiffeisen Bank im Oberland) with an ATM was within walking distance as well. This apartment is a great location if you are planning to visit Munchen, Bad Tolz, the Tegernsee or Mittenwald.
