About this house rental
A spacious private riverside villa surrounded by nature, cliffs and the peaceful sound of the River, perfect for families and groups seeking privacy and relaxation.
Your home in the mountains with 3 cozy bedrooms + living room - sleeps up to 10.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, oven, kettle, dishes & essentials, coffee and sugar.
2 modern bathrooms with continuous hot & cold water, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hairdryer, towels, disposable slippers, free Wi-Fi, heated floors, projector, bedding, iron, first aid kit & other household & hygiene supplies. House is rented entirely, including a private yard. Outdoor highlights: large terrace for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ-fireplace with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers, grill grate). It is perfect for evening gatherings.
Hydromassage jacuzzi and sauna with a panoramic river view (additional fee).
Activities:
Inflatable pool available seasonally in summer.
fishing in the river, playing volleyball, badminton, backgammon, chess or simply resting in a hammock. This place is ideal for photo tours, hiking and rock climbing (routes are very close!). Parties and events can be held. We have an entire slope for sledding, skiing, and tubing with rubber tires. Sleds and tubing tires are free for our guests. Free car parking on the territory of the house.

Lake Sevan, Bjni Fortress, Mayravanq Monastery, Tsaghkadzor ski resort Aghveran hot springs You can reach all these famous places by the car 15 minutes.
