,The home is big, with a nice view, the hosts are kind, you can feel the clean smell of the blankets and towels.
It has all you need to stay for a few days such as washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, plates,...etc.
On another note, booking.Com had offered us an upgrade which never offered to us in reality, but nevertheless, we were ok without the upgrade
The home need to be better maintained, furniture is very old, some are already damaged.
Beds are not comfortable at all, you can feel the springs while sleeping.
The bathroom has to be divided into two, bathroom and toilet, the whole bathroom will be wet after a bath. Blackout Curtains to fixed in all rooms.
No bathroom amenities has been provided such as shampoo, tissues, .etc.

Beautiful house, beautiful scenery and surroundings. A car would be helpful to visit the area, old monasteries and churches, beautiful lakes and forests.

The apartment was spacious and clean, there were plenty of dishes to cook and towels were plentiful.
In hindsight it was pretty expensive for the area @ $60 a night. The host unfortunately spoke zero english so communication was difficult, and when the power went out he just ignored all my messages even though I translated them.

Everything was perfect! I would recommend this place. If I wanted to go to Dilijan next year I would stay at this property. Very nice and clean rooms with comfy beds.
