Everything is designed to facilitate a relaxed, pleasant, and fully efficient experience that invites you to take a deep breath and reconnect with your true self.
The resort offers mobile internet coverage at various locations for those with data plans, as well as Wi-Fi at a central hub located in the Living Room of La Casa Prieta, which is equipped for networking. Incidentally, no signal boosters have been installed—a deliberate invitation to let go of the constant technological, digital, and urban burden.
Before, during, and after your stay, the host will always be attentive to your booking process and experience, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and is satisfactory.
In addition, a manager will be available on the property at all times to ensure security and the proper functioning of services, as well as staff responsible for housekeeping and cleaning, who will be on duty every day of your stay and whose services are included in the cost.

Permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please use ashtrays and keep the areas clean.
2. Care of Art, Furniture, and Surfaces:
The artwork has been carefully selected and must remain untouched. Moving them or leaning on them is prohibited.
Furniture must be handled with care to avoid scratching surfaces or damaging floors. Avoid spills that may stain floors, furniture, textiles, or upholstery (wine, coffee, juices, oils, etc.). Do not place hot objects directly on wooden or porous surfaces. Do not drag furniture; if you need to move it, do so carefully.
Any damage will be assessed and charged proportionally, based on its market value and the cost of restoration or replacement.
3. Gatherings:
Permitted provided that quiet hours (12:00 AM – 7:00 AM) and the balance of the natural environment are respected.
4. Pets:
As a general rule, pets are not allowed due to the presence of artwork, collectible furniture, and delicate finishes. In exceptional cases, and upon prior request, the stay of small or medium-sized pets may be considered. This will entail special conditions, an additional deposit, and a cleaning fee.
5. Exclusive Use for Registered Guests:
The property is rented only to guests listed on the reservation. It is not permitted to invite non-guests or to organize parties or events that exceed the published capacity.
For celebrations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, or retreats, we offer special rates and conditions. If you wish to organize an event of this type, please contact us directly before booking.
6. Meetings and Celebrations:
Meetings and celebrations are permitted, provided that quiet hours and the natural forest environment are respected. This space invites you to enjoy it mindfully, appreciating the installed art, its ambiance, and the serenity it offers.
Any damage, such as permanent stains, breaks, or tears, will be assessed and charged immediately, based on its value and restoration costs.
7. Conscious use of energy and water:
Avoid leaving lights on, chargers plugged in, or appliances running unnecessarily. Avoid taking long showers and using excessive amounts of water. Reuse bath towels whenever possible. If you need fresh towels, they will be provided upon request.
8. Property Handover and Inspection:
To ensure a transparent experience, a handover and inspection process will be conducted upon check-in and check-out.
Upon arrival, the Ah0 Art Villa manager will formally hand over the space, including an inspection of the furniture, artwork, guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
During your stay, operational staff will be on hand to provide support, cleaning, and general supervision, which will allow for the natural and timely detection of any issues without intruding on guests’ privacy.
At the end of the stay, a joint inspection will be conducted by the manager and the guests. If any damage is detected, a report supported by photographic evidence will be prepared.
The applicable cash guarantee or deposit will be determined in advance. If no damage is found, it will be refunded in full. If verifiable damage is detected, the corresponding amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be returned. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, Ah0 Art Villa may retain that amount and provide an additional estimate, which must be paid within seven calendar days.
