HOUSE 1



The house is thoughtfully laid out across a ground floor and two additional levels, offering spacious and comfortable areas designed for a memorable stay.



As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV. To the right, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed. Continuing through the home, you'll reach the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering with family and friends.



Next to the kitchen is a small courtyard where you'll find the utility room and an exterior staircase that connects the ground floor with the upper levels of the house.



The first floor features four bedrooms:



-One bedroom with a king-size bed and a small private balcony.

-A second bedroom with a king-size bed.

-A shared full bathroom with a bathtub, conveniently located in the hallway.

-A third bedroom with a king-size bed and a private full bathroom.

-A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed, which can be accessed either through one of the interior bedrooms or independently via the exterior staircase from the courtyard.



The second floor is home to the property's incredible rooftop, one of its most inviting spaces. It's the perfect place to unwind, gather with family and friends, and enjoy unforgettable evenings under the stars.



This level also includes a bedroom with two queen-size beds and a private full bathroom located just outside the room, which can also be used by guests enjoying the rooftop terrace. For added convenience, you'll also find a kitchenette and the laundry area on this level.



HOUSE 2



The house is thoughtfully distributed across the ground floor and two additional levels.



On the ground floor you'll find the living room, a half bathroom, the dining area, the kitchen, and a cozy loft-style bedroom, which is accessed through the kitchen and a small patio. This bedroom features a TV and a Queen-size bed located on the upper loft level, accessible by a staircase within the room.



The first floor offers three bedrooms. The first features a King-size bed, while the second is furnished with two Queen-size beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The third bedroom includes a King-size bed and its own private en-suite bathroom.



On the second floor, you'll find a lovely rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. This level also features a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and a private full bathroom, providing additional privacy and comfort.

TO NOTICE: In Atlixco's house the door next to the kitchen is off limits for guests. In Vicente Suarez' the door next to the bathroom on the 1st floor is off limits for guests. They have some supplies for our cleaning staff.
