The Space:

Step inside and be greeted by an abundance of natural light that fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Discover an incredible charming-style house in Condesa, with a spectacular dining room on one of our patios. Immerse yourself in this cosmopolitan and vibrant neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, and popular tourist spots. Whether you're here for leisure or business, you'll find everything you need within easy reach.



As you enter the home, you'll find the main living areas on the ground floor, thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxing. This level features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a half bathroom, and an additional full bathroom. You'll also find two bedrooms: one with a comfortable King-size bed and another with two King-size beds.



On the first floor, there is a full bathroom and five additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature King-size beds, one of which includes a private patio with street views. Two more bedrooms each offer one Queen-size bed and one Full-size bed, with one of these bedrooms also featuring a private bathroom. On this same level, accessed via the staircase next to the dining area, you'll find another bedroom with a Queen-size bed.



The second floor is home to the rooftop terrace, where you'll find another full bathroom and two additional bedrooms: one with a King-size bed and the other with a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, creating the perfect space to enjoy fresh air and relax after exploring the city.
