About this house rental
Our ABENDROT vacation rental, part of the Hus Utspann semi-detached house, is situated on a large meadow overlooking the Bodden. In winter, guests are drawn to the fine library, the cozy furnishings, the small sauna—and the peace and quiet. In summer, the terrace, the meadow, the proximity to the Bodden—and the peace and quiet—are sure to win you over!
The house is suitable for people with allergies. It features a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery and pollen filters. This is a smoke-free home.
Pets are not allowed.
It accommodates up to 4 people. On the first floor is the large living room with an extensive selection of books, satellite TV, a radio/CD player, and a separate dining area.
You’ll find a very well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Also on the first floor are the guest restroom and the washing machine.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe, and Bedroom 2 with a view of the Bodden and two single beds. Each bedroom has mosquito screens on one window. There is another large closet in the upstairs hallway. Between the bedrooms is the shower room with a small sauna (included in the price).
The house is situated on a large meadow—ideal for playing soccer, running around, or finding some peace and quiet. The apartment has a large sun terrace with patio furniture and a parasol. A portable grill and a bike shed are also available.
The apartment comes with a parking space. And very importantly: The apartment has Wi-Fi.
Optional: A high chair and a travel crib with a mattress can be provided free of charge.
