About this apartment rental
Our vacation rental is located on our farm. We have a small herd of suckler cows and a few chickens. The farm is situated on the outskirts of Kleinhelfendorf, a district of the municipality of Aying in beautiful Upper Bavaria.
Our newly built vacation rental, approximately 70 square meters, is located on the first floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It has two rooms. The living-dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances
, a cozy corner bench set, and a large pull-out sofa (sleeping area 2.52 x 2.20 m) .
In
addition, there is a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine, and dryer.
The bedroom features a double bed that can be separated.
Hallway with a coat closet.
There is also a small balcony. A spot in the garden is also available, complete with a seating area and barbecue facilities.

Bedding, towels, dish towels, hair dryer, TV, free Wi-Fi.
Various shopping options are available nearby.
There are several good restaurants with beer gardens nearby.
There are many beautiful places to visit nearby.
There is an S-Bahn station in Großhelfendorf and Aying. Munich, Rosenheim, Tegernsee, and Schliersee are about a 30-minute drive away.
The A8 and A99 highway access points are about 15 minutes away.
There are many trails for biking and walking right from the vacation rental.
The mountains are easily accessible for hiking and skiing.
The Blindham Mountain Wildlife Park is a 15-minute walk away.

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by arrangement.
On the day of departure, please vacate the vacation rental by 10:00 a.m.
