About this apartment rental

Completed apartment in the basement with 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed 160/2 single bed 100), large living area with eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet, for up to 4 guests, 70sqm living space, in the souterrian level with a small outdoor terrace. The apartment is in a new house (2015). The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare breakfast and small dishes.

All our apartments are in accordance with local legal requirements for short term rentals.

The host was so friendly and helpful, and the space was spotless. The only wrinkle was the train to get to/from the property into Munich. It was frequently delayed, even canceled. One day we even had to take an Uber into the city. It's also not near anything walkable. (The grocery is a train stop away, if it's running!) If you're here to enjoy the surroundings of Aying, I'd recommend a car for sure. That would make for a much more pleasant stay. The property itself is lovely!

Giving the apartment a full 5 star rating. Stayed here for a short break to see Munich. Very clean, modern and practical apartment which suited our needs perfectly. Excellent communication with Rupert & Yuliya before the and throughout. They really are fantastic hosts.A short walk (6-7mins) takes you to the S-bahn and links to Munich and everything the beautiful city has to offer, and a short drive to the small town of Aying for a brilliant place to eat and drink - huge portions!! We rented a car and the apartment is an easy 30mins drive from the airport.Would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
