This 70-square-meter, 3-room vacation apartment is located in the heart of the Oberland, just outside the district capital of Miesbach (3 km). It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood, centrally located between the beautiful Tegernsee and Schliersee lakes. Both are about a 15-minute drive away.
The Holzkirchen and Irschenberg highway on-ramps are also about a 15-minute drive away.
A very well-known bike path, which leads to both lakes as well as all the way to Munich, starts right outside the front door in the water protection area. The Wasserschloss Reisach bike path offers wonderful views, shady forests, and fascinating information about the region.
You’ll find all shopping options as well as various restaurants and cafes in Miesbach.
A large children’s playground is located right in the residential complex (150 m).
The vacation rental can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
More than 2 adults only upon prior request via message!

Der Aufenthalt in Miesbach war einfach rundum super.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett und haben in ihrer Wohnung für alles gesorgt was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet.
Alle Geräte die man benötigt sind da und es ist alles in Top Zustand.
Der bemerkenswerteste Punkt ist, dass die Wohnung tip top sauber war!
Alles in allem, klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir hatten noch nie eine sooo saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett!
Wohnung liegt nicht direkt in miesbach, sondern 2-4 km entfernt. Sehr ruhig und erholsam!
Wir können es nur empfehlen!
