About this apartment rental
"Your" apartment, with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, is located on the upper floor of a two-family house.
It features a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed, and a single bed on the mezzanine. There's also a pull-out sofa in the living room. It offers sleeping-space for four adult people - if for each an own bed.
The house is located on the outskirts of Markt Schwaben, a cozy little town with good restaurants and many shops. Everything, including the train station, is within a 20-minute walk.
It's practically in a perfect location: not only can you admire the sights of Munich, but you can also quickly reach the natural highlights of Upper Bavaria – mountains and lakes.
Munich's city center can be reached by car in just 25 minutes; by train from Markt Schwaben, you can reach the Ostbahnhof (Eastern Train Station) in 15 minutes. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Europe's largest thermal spa, near Erding, is also nearby (a 20-minute drive).
And the Munich Exhibition Center is just 20 minutes away by car or S-Bahn!
The nearby wildlife park in Poing (a 15-minute walk) is a very popular destination for families and animal lovers.
