Beautiful apartment in a two-family house, which has been converted into 2 apartments - located on a 1. 300 square meter hillside plot in quiet location of Glonn (Upper Bavaria) with beautiful village and mountain views.
The apartment "Wendelsteinblick" is located on the first floor of the holiday house 'Traudl' and has:
Living room with sofa bed and TV and balcony access
Kitchen with dining table and ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and other good equipment such as coffee machine, water cooker, soda club etc.
Bedroom (double bed) with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and seating as well as roof terrace access
Another bedroom (2 single beds, one of which is 1.20 m wide) with chest of drawers, standing mirror and seating and balcony access
Bathroom with shower / bathtub / WC and 2 sinks, hair dryer available
separate toilet
1 balcony with patio furniture and parasol
1 roof terrace with lounge furniture and deck chair
All rooms with electric shutters (except skylights) and insect screens (except kitchen and bathroom), parquet or Tile and natural stone floors (kitchen: vinyl floor)
A car parking space in the double garage belongs to the apartment.
In the basement are laundry room with washing machine u. Drying facilities and a games room for common use; Garden also for common use with covered pavilion, fruit trees, barbecue, trampoline, outdoor toys
The town of Glonn is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Here you can find all shops for the daily needs (Edeka, Penny, baker, butcher shops etc.).
Ebersberg, Wasserburg am Inn, Munich, Rosenheim, but also Kufstein, the Chiemsee as well as Salzburg with the S-Bahn or the train is easily accessible from Grafing station (about 10 kilometers away). You can reach Grafing station either by car (P + R car park) or by bus (Glonn station).

Absolutely outstanding accommodation! The apartment very well maintained, clean, a good size for a family of four, and had all the basic necessities to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure. And was close to a few restaurants, grocery store and gas station for convenience. We commuted to Munich Daily during our stay and it was approximately a 45 minute drive to from Glonn to Old town Munich. Overall I would rate the stay 10-10 and would love to experience this location in the spring or summer.

Loved this place! It was a great relief to enjoy the tranquility of the neighborhood and the accommodations, after spending a wonderful time at the oktoberfest.

Our family of five stayed at the apartment for two nights in April 2018.We had such a great stay - the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well-thought out.The views on the countryside and the mountains were fantastic. Still pretty close to the city.The beds were very well suited for a great sleep after the whole day of exploring Munich and the countryside. A great bakery with all the breakfast goodies was a short ten-minute walk from the house. In the kitchen, we had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast or dinner.In the town of Glonn nearby we found the Wiesmühle restaurant - perfect for dinner.Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The communication was clear.Thank you very much for hosting us, Stephanie and Thomas! We would definitely be happy to return someday and will absolutely recommend your place to all fellow travelers!Cheers,Alex
