The house, divided into 2 parts, can be rented in its entirety (capacity 15 people, refer to the following link: airbnb.fr/h/nousanouva) or separately, resulting in two distinct apartments: the upper and lower apartments.
In September, when one of the two apartments is rented, it has access to the private heated swimming pool and the lower garden (the other apartment cannot be rented to another family). From October to the end of April, the two apartments can be rented separately, ensuring privacy and independence for each (two separate entrances). The Nousanouva Duplex (upper apartment) of 150m² is fully renovated, very well-equipped, and air-conditioned (only in the living room and lounge). Very modern and tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home, a true haven of peace for optimal relaxation amidst the trees and just a 3-minute walk from the beach. You can access the property from Avenue de Cordouan. The duplex can accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. To the left of the entrance, you will find a laundry room equipped with an ironing board, iron, washing machine, dryer, and a large freezer. A hallway leads to a separate WC with a washbasin on the left, and to the right, the very bright living area, laid out as follows: A 39m² living room opening onto a large terrace on stilts, offering a direct view of the swimming pool. You can dine on the terrace using the provided outdoor furniture. The living room is equipped with a smart TV, a comfortable sofa, internet access, and board games. The 15m² open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee makers - Nespresso, filter -, kettle, toaster). A large table seating 10 to 12 people, ideal for large family meals, is provided. A wide wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where the sleeping area is located, arranged as follows: Two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room and a queen-size bed (160cm). Two further large bedrooms, each with three single beds (90cm) (6 beds in total). These last two bedrooms share a large shower room and a WC on the landing. Independent. In September, access to the private swimming pool, barbecue, ping-pong table, and outdoor foosball table. Outdoor shower on site. Swimming pool dimensions: 7m x 3.6m / Swimming pool safety: electric cover. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius from June 1st to September 30th. Use of the swimming pool is the responsibility of the property's occupants. It is strongly advised never to swim alone. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request and for an additional fee, as can made beds. Duvets and pillows are available. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited on the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the Residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities. ATTENTION: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and until 10:00 PM will be charged an additional €30 on site. From 10:00 PM to midnight, arrivals will be charged an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €30.
