About this house rental
Saint Georges de Didonne, near Royan, 80m from the beach, and 500m from the village, we provide you with a beautiful family house completely renovated in 2017.
You will find a beautiful living room with American kitchen, fully equipped with a piano, microwave, dishwasher, nespresso machine ... overlooking the garden and the terrace, a dining room with table for 8 people.
The house has 3 bedrooms: one facing east with two 90 * 190 beds, a wardrobe and a toilet area, the second facing east and south with a 180 * 200 bed and a 90 * 190 bed, a large closet, finally to the west, the parents room with a 180 * 200 bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and a television.
Two bathrooms, one with wc.
Outside, you will also find in the garden a large studio rented only in the summer with an entrance and a sofa bed in repair, a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed and a 90 * 190 bed, a wardrobe and a small closet and a bathroom with wc.
In the garage, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer and a refrigerator in addition for large families .....
The garden is equipped with a table for 10 people, two additional tables for the aperitif, a parasol, two sunbathings, armchairs and a Weber barbecue.
The house is equipped with internet and wifi, possibility plus channel.
Rental for 10 beds in high season 7 beds in low season.
Pets allowed under certain conditions.

Très bonnes vacances en bord de mer. Tout est à proximité en une simple balade à pieds (commerce, plage, manège, glacier, accrobranches, location de vélos...)
Le logement décoré avec goût est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. La terrasse à l'ombre le soir, nous a permis de profiter pleinement des soirées.
Location idéale pour un séjour en famille.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille(4adultes et 4 enfants) La maison et le jardin étaient assez grands pour favoriser une bonne cohabitation générationnelle.La plage proche et le front de mer ont été très appréciés par petits et grands.
