Charmante villa très spacieuse, terrasse juste à côté de la cuisine avec un store très pratique, pièces très lumineuse. Plusieurs douches plusieurs wc . Les propriétaires étaient disponibles pour toutes nos questions au top.

Grande maison moderne, spacieuse, 3 grandes chambres parentales (dont 1 au rez de chaussée) et une plus petite. Commerces à 5 kms, très proche de Royan et du Zoo de la Palmyre.
Le ménage à l’arrivée n’était pas fait (sauf les lits et salles d’eau). Pas de chauffage (seulement des chauffages d’appoint).

Beaux volumes. Bon emplacement .Piscine et jacuzzi très apprécié terrasse agréable une fois un coup de balai passé
Maison mal entretenue. Jardin peu soigné.
