About this cottage rental
spacious, private and peaceful ocean view retreat. For ADULTS ONLY. No light pollution noises far from the madding crowd. The perfect place to create memories with friends and family.

Expansive single story with magnificent ocean views from every room, and no noise or light pollution. our modern 3 bed, 3 full bath home is only 2 miles from the village of Mendocino but very private and serene. It is the perfect retreat for a friends vacation or remote working and relaxation.
Three bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house is 2750 ft.² and has two primary bedrooms on opposite end of the house, both with gas fireplaces and en suite bathrooms, one with a marble shower and stone bathtub the other has a shower. The third bedroom has a full bath with shower across the hall. All bedding is 100% cotton and topped with down and feather comforters. Chefs kitchen with marble countertops, and gas four burner stove with center griddle and Gas oven.
Plenty of seating around the marble Island.
Walnut Dining table seats 6.
Living room is quite spacious, where everyone can gather around a wood-burning fireplace. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE and no pets. Our home lives in a magnificent natural oasis, surrounded by redwood forest and abounding with bear, cougar, deer, foxes, and an exceptional number of birds, including Osprey, Eagles, and owls. It is designed for people who wish to enjoy the Redwood Forest, Ocean views, and unparalleled beauty that is Mendocino.

Beautiful spot! Can’t say enough about the unit, great spot, easy access, attentive host, all the details were perfect, and peaceful place to have a glass of wine while watching, turkeys, deer, hummingbirds, and sea fox. Really one of the best self catering spots we have been to.
