Luxurious, spacious, ocean view retreat.
Expansive single story with magnificent ocean views from every room, and no noise or light pollution. our modern 3 bed, 3 full bath home is only 2 miles from the village of Mendocino but on 11 private acres. It is the perfect retreat for a friends vacation or remote working and relaxation.
Three full bedrooms inside the main home, fourth in a separate cottage 50 feet away. The main house is 2750 ft.² and has two primary bedrooms on opposite end of the house with gas fireplaces and en suite bathrooms, one with a marble shower and stone bathtub the other with a shower. The third has a full bath across the hall. The fourth bedroom has a full bath, workspace and a kitchenette and is 50 feet away from the main house. With its own outside private yard. Chef's kitchen with marble countertops, and gas four burner stove with griddle and Gas oven.
Plenty of seating around the marble Island.
Walnut Dining table seats 8 and living room easily accommodates eight people.
Living room is quite spacious, where everyone can gather around a wood-burning fireplace. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, NO CHILDREN under 12. and absolutely NO PETS. Our home lives in a magnificent natural oasis, surrounded by redwood forest and abounding with bear, cougar, deer, foxes, and an exceptional number of birds, including Osprey, Eagles, and owls. It is designed for people who wish to enjoy the Redwood Forest, Ocean views, and unparalleled beauty that is Mendocino.

Beautiful spot! Can’t say enough about the unit, great spot, easy access, attentive host, all the details were perfect, and peaceful place to have a glass of wine while watching, turkeys, deer, hummingbirds, and sea fox. Really one of the best self catering spots we have been to.
