Escape to Coastal Charm, a relaxed family cottage where simplicity meets comfort. Nestled in leafy Blairgowrie, just a short stroll to the Koonya General Store and close to both bay and back beaches, this cottage is the perfect base for families and friends looking for an easy Peninsula getaway.
Unwind in the outdoor spa, gather around the fireplace, and soak up the garden surrounds — a laid-back retreat made for reconnecting and creating memories.
Coastal Charm is a cosy cottage that celebrates the simple pleasures of a beachside escape. Compact in design but filled with warmth, it offers a welcoming place to return to after a day exploring the Peninsula. Inside, the living and dining area is centred around a traditional fireplace — the perfect spot to curl up with a book or share stories as the evening winds down. The adjoining kitchen is modest yet full of charm, bringing everyone together for easy, relaxed meals. With three bedrooms, a central bathroom, and laundry facilities, the cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The backyard is spacious and open, offering plenty of room for children to play, with a built-in trampoline adding to the sense of fun. After long beach days, rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling in for a barbecue on the deck or a soak in the spa as night falls. The garden fireplace creates a cosy focal point for evenings spent together, while the working beehive in the front garden gives the property a unique and memorable touch.
There is a working beehive in the front garden. It’s a unique feature of the property and adds to the natural setting, but please be mindful when moving around this area. The bees are calm if left undisturbed, however guests with bee sting allergies should take extra care.
We recommend children are supervised when in the front garden to ensure they give the hive its space.

* Kindly note there is a low branch above the driveway gate, there is only car parking for one car on the nature strip, so we ask that you do not drive through to avoid any damage. The gate will also close automatically if a car is left halfway through.
*Please note the Hot Tub is a soaking tub only and doesn`t have spa Jets
*For safety reasons the stairs need to be removed from the Hot Tub after each use. Guest may use the stairs and hot tub at their own risk.
