Soaring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace within the living room offer direct access to one of the decked outdoor areas, ideal for large-scale entertainment. Secondary living room includes a slow combustion wood heater offers idyllic zoning, with the hallway leading to two bathrooms and three generously sized bedrooms, each with robes, including the main with a walk-in robe and a private ensuite. A fourth bedroom with robes off the lounge.



Teenagers will love the cool, independent garden studio with gaming TV (Plug in your Xbox or Playstation or watch Netflix), complete with sofa bed (BYO linen and bedding) for another chill out space. An ideal family escape within a 1km-walk of the sand and scenery of Sullivan Bay, and within minutes of Sorrento Village, Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club, Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, and coastal walks, it offers ducted heating, an outdoor shower, split system cooling, ceiling fans, laundry and ample parking.
