This luxurious retreat features high-quality furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The space boasts timber flooring, matching timber furniture, and striking statement pieces, making every area as impressive as the next. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances—including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker—a breakfast bar, and a servery to the alfresco area. Designed for year-round enjoyment, the cozy lounge area includes a fireplace for added comfort.
The Bedrooms
The property offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, a third with two sets of bunk beds, and the fourth with a tri-bunk. Two exquisite bathrooms serve the home.
Outdoor Entertainment
Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Whether you're relaxing by the pool on a summer day or enjoying the warmth of the open fire on cooler evenings, this space is designed to impress in any weather. The spacious covered area features a built-in barbecue, bar fridge, dining table, and lounge, perfect for dining and unwinding outside. The fully fenced yard ensures privacy and provides a safe area for children, making every moment spent here memorable. Off-street parking is available for cars and boats.
Sorrento Front Beach, with its crescent shape, is known for its pristine foreshore, lush lawns, and English trees. The sheltered waters are ideal for swimming and various water activities. Spend your day exploring boutique shops that offer local artwork, designer clothing, jewelry, and homewares, or take a ferry from the Sorrento Pier to Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

Great house for a big group. We had an excellent time. Close enough to the general store and amazing walks. A bit of a hike to the Main Street of Sorrento. You will need a car. A fantastic time was had.

We stayed 4 days and could have stayed longer. This property had everything, we were impressed by the lay out, the styling, position and the star feature was the outdoor entertaining and pool. Forgot to mention the comfortable beds.
Highly recommend staying at this property. Next time we stay can you please just add a fan to the outdoor area 😆 that would be awesome 😎
