This spacious ocean front property has unbelievable, peaceful, and breathtaking direct views of the white sand beach and pristine aqua color water of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from your deck and balcony and offers a private beach access, fun for the whole family and easy access to shopping, restaurants and more!
This spacious ocean front property has unbelievably magnificent, peaceful, and breathtaking direct views of the white sand beach, fresh salty air, and pristine, aqua color waters of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from the deck and offers a private beach access, fun for the whole family, and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and more! Main level features hall, ½ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two private rooms (one with two twin beds and second with a queen size bed) with closets and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms (one with queen and second with king size beds), each with full baths; bedroom with king size bed has a private balcony to enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean, sunrises/sunsets, and, of course, dolphins when they are cruising the shoreline. - Please wear your shoes while walking on the deck as trex decking boards can get hot due to sun exposure in the summer.
- Please wear shoes and be careful when walking under the house as there could be nails or other small sharp objects buried in the sand from the extensive outside renovations we had in 2022/2023.
- There is a small closet area by the entry door that will be locked up (for use by the cleaning crew only).
