French doors open to a covered deck with a view of the backyard’s mature trees. This outdoor area is perfect for morning coffee, casual dining, or grilling on the gas BBQ. Inside, a breakfast nook and dining table (expandable to seat eight) make gathering effortless. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking any range of meals.

Guests have full use of the main house and both front and back yards. Other amenities include:

• Laundry facilities on-site (ask for access).
Additional Notes
The property includes a rear unit (tiny house) with a quiet long-term tenant, and an attached apartment where the owner lives. All units have private entrances and are designed for privacy. If paths cross, a friendly hello is always welcome.
Two cats, Suley and Angelina, live on the property. Guests often mention them as a highlight of their trip. Interaction is optional—they’re well cared for whether you invite them in or not.
