The apartment was a perfect location for us, as we specifically needed to be in that area. It was clean and generally met our needs for the stay. The living room is spacious, with a comfortable sofa and nice views, which we appreciated. The building also has an elevator, which is very convenient. The owner lives next door/above, communication was through whatsapp.
The first two days were very cold. Even though we turned the radiators on, there was no heating initially, but was fixed once we messaged the owner to have the heating activated. Additionally, one electric outlet in the living room appears to be broken. When plugging in a laptop, it produced sparks, which could be a potential safety hazard. Finally, the layout may be challenging for guests who plan to cook regularly and wash dishes, as there is no real kitchen setup. This was not an issue for us, as we did not need to cook.

Good host, clean and quiet apartment. Close to some restaurants and markets.
There is no separate kitchen, it’s a small part of bedroom (no cooker but enough other equipments). The bed was small (not for 2 person but 1.5) & not much comfortable. The owner lives upstairs in the same house, but she doesn’t disturb you. Her part is locked. Doesn’t matter for me but this info was missing (it should be written).
