Está en el barrio alto de Santander pero se llega muy facilmente al centro tanto usando las escaleras mecánicas como el fonicular. La luz y las vistas son impresionantes y tambien la tranquilidad, no se oye nada mas que algún pajaro. La calle tiene aparcamiento restringido pero a menos de 10' está el parking de un hospital son 10 euros todo el día y salvo a primera hora de la mañana hay plazas libres. En la calle del hospital tambien se puede aparcar sin limite de hora. Todo esta muy nuevo lo que te hace la estancia muy agradable y Pablo es muy amable y dispuesto para lo que necesites

El apartamento es muy cómodo, nuevo y limpio. La ubicación también está genial. Además, las vistas desde la casa son increíbles.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Blick aus dem Fenster war hervorragend! Fast alles, was man gebraucht hätte gab es in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber und freundlich. Vielen Dank!
Mit dem Kinderwagen ist es nicht ganz einfach ohne Aufzug hochkommen, aber wir haben doch geschafft. Ganz viele Rolltreppen helfen sehr in der Stadt. Also, das hat uns gefallen. Das Sofa könnte bequemer sein )

Todo perfecto! El piso estaba nuevo a estrenar y cuidando todos los detalles. Las vistas son espectaculares. La ubicación es excelente, esta a 5 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad.
