Great place, amazing stay, the host was absolutely fantastic to deal with very responsive and the property was beautifully renovated
Not within the owners ability to influence but there were a lot of stairs to the property which depending on the guest would be difficult to manage.

El pis està ben cuidat i net. Té tots els estris necessaris de menage, rentaplats i rentadora. Situat prop del centre. La Marta, la propietària, és molt amable i respon de seguida a qualsevol dubte que tinguis.
No ens ha agradat l'entorn i l'accés a l'habitatge. És un tercer sense ascensor, les escales d'accés al pis són molt estretes i incòmodes de pujar (i més amb maletes) i abans d'accedir a l'entrada principal dels pisos s'ha de sortejar un altre tram d'escales. El sofà molt incòmode i la dutxa molt petita, la qual cosa dificulta el poder-se moure.

El pisto está muy bien , es coqueto y acogedor.
Habitaciones amplias y luminosas.
El baño es pequeño pero es muy cuco y apaña muy bien para los que hemos estado , sin problema alguno. Aunque no tiene ascensor parece un segundo y se sube con facilidad.
Está en el centro de Santander , justo en el río de la pila, en pleno corazón de la ciudad muy cerca de restaurantes y la zona de ocio , el paseo Pereda a escaso metros, una maravilla sin duda.
Marta encantadora y atenta , muy profesional y cercana . Muchas gracias por todo
