The condo was tastefully designed, very comfortable, and host put in effort to think of the small details to make guests comfortable.
I thought the one bedroom would have been closed off but it was a two level loft.

The condo was well-furnished, as though it were a vacation home for use by friends and family, not just a rental. There were large bath towels, really fun mugs, comfy soft pillows, and beautiful granite in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved using the fireplace each evening. We cooked 4 dinners here and they had all the cooking supplies we needed, as well as several spices.
There were a few maintenance issues that needed a bit of work - the decking walkway had rotted to the point of breaking and someone could get hurt tripping/ falling in the hole.
Also, just be mindful that while the sleeping spaces are separate from each other, there aren't walls and doors between them, so the sound does carry. As long as you know this before booking and no one snores too loudly, you should be good. 😊

This property is a great location if you’re doing activities in Brian Head. It’s cozy and cute, the host left necessities in the condo, such as coffee, hot cocoa, aluminum foil, salt, and pepper, and a few other things. The host is very responsive and it’s a great place for a family to stay.
This property was great. I have no complaints.
