Easy walk to chair 8 or 1. Perfect for summer and exploring the national parks. Includes 1 space in underground garage. Bigscreen TV in Living Room w/Netflix. Flatscreen in room 2. Leather couch with 3 fold flat recliners. Fully stocked kitchen. Great view of the mountain off the deck.
The Ski out is really only valid when the parking lot has snow. But, its an easy walk to chair 8 or 1. See Map in the pics. Unit Includes 1 parking space in underground heated garage. Other parking available. Sauna and Game room located in the Club House. Prime Location for Winter or Summer Fun. Adjacent to Bristlecone Pond for fishing and Play area including Basketball court. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the house got plenty hot, The kitchen was very well stocked... Whatever tool I could think of... They had!Family and I had a wonderful time.

Fantastic property in a great location! The garaged parking is a HUGE PLUS! Jeff was easy to communicate with and has kept the property well stocked with all necessities. Looking forward to a repeat visit here in spring, thanks!

Great condo for exploring the area.The area was very quiet when we were there (9/30-10/3). Perfect time for fall colors in Brianhead, Cedar Breaks, Dixie National Forest and every drive in the area. Condo was cosy and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything and more than you could want (we tend to stay in and cook). Everything worked well in the condo and there were great instructions to help out. Only challenge we had was finding it the first day. Driveway is gravel and just beyond the final building in the complex. Garage was handy (requires you to get out push the button to gain access and exit). Also, the stairs are steep and lots of them so I recommend unloading in front of the condos first). Owners were very responsive and reached out to us first to see how it was going which we appreciated. Highly recommend and would come back here. We used this as a base to explore Bryce and Red Canyon (it’s just over an hour to Bryce)
