KING bed. 75” TV.
Bunk bed is located away from the main living area with privacy curtain. PLEASE NOTE: 100 lb limit on top bunk.
All newer appliances and LPV flooring. Laundry is coin op located in the clubhouse.
GUEST ACCESS
Heated underground parking. Take the stairs inside directly to the unit on the 2nd floor. Easy entry with code.
Other things to note-
No pets unless pre approved. Contact me before booking. No smoking inside the condo. No loud parties. Be respectful of the other tenants. There is no cable but the tv has apps like Netflix etc.

Very nice place clean an had everything you need , even had seasoning to cook , located next to the slopes an 15 min. From fishing, nice club house pool an jacuzzi, an very understanding an informative ill be going back for sure!
