Bedrooms & Guest Cottage
Master Suite (remodeled 2024): Tempur-Pedic king bed, cozy electric fireplace, designer walk-in closet, and en suite bath.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with a full bath nearby.
Private Guest Cottage (included in your stay): King bed, full bath, small kitchenette, and Roku TV—never rented separately, ensuring your privacy.
Kitchen & Living Spaces
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for every craving, featuring a Breville espresso machine, Keurig, French press, standard drip coffee, and a new refrigerator with a beverage center, filtered water, self-filling pitcher, and dual ice cube sizes. Cozy living and dining areas offer comfortable couches, warm throw blankets, and Roku TVs.

House Rules
Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am (family-friendly neighborhood).
No parties or gatherings.
Hot tub use not permitted during quiet hours.
Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
Pets considered—please inquire before booking.
We live nearby in Kirkland and are happy to assist during your stay, whether you’d like full support or total privacy.
For stays longer than 28 days, our standard procedure includes:
- Signed lease agreement
- Background check
- Refundable security deposit: $3000
Additional requirements:
- Additional deep cleaning fee: $50
- Regular cleaning fee: Required every 15 days
Pet Policy:
We love hosting your furry companions! To help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our space for all guests, an additional pet fee will apply based on the length of your stay past the pet fee for the minimum night booking:
7–14 Days: $200 for 1 pet
14–30 Days: $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets
30+ Days: $500 for 1 pet, $750 for 2 pets
