Spacious and quiet 5 bedroom home

Comfortable, clean home, plenty of supplies and linens in the house. We had two families of five with adult children staying here and it was plenty of space for us to gather. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We were so happy to spend our long weekend together in this lovely house. Lots of room for a big group to hang together. The kitchen was well stocked, although we took advantage of the closeness to great restaurants. The beds and sheets were VERY comfy. Only complaint would be only one TV with spotty reception, but Susu was very responsive and a great host

My growing family and I rented this large home so we could wake up together Christmas morning and have room to spend the holiday together. I was very pleased with the size, cleanliness, & checkin/out procedures. That being said I would like to give you some specific Pro's, & Cons. PRO's; large bedrooms, kitchen and great formal dining room with large family sized table. Beds were a bit firm but reasonably comfortable & we appreciated one of the bedrooms being on the main floor. CON's: There were an exorbitant amount of house rules, including no shoes inside, limiting alcohol consumption (which isn't a problem for us but seems extreem)& No friends are allowed to stop by for dinner or short visit, just to name a few. Also, even though we are charged a substantial cleaning fee, we were asked to take all garbages outside through the yard & around the far side of the house to a garbage can, with any extra garbage down 2 flights of stairs to garage, we were asked to strip beds of all linens, place all towels in upstairs shower, & load dishwasher, as well as, wash large dishes by hand. I have rented several Vrbo's in the past & never had to worry about linens or towels. We planned to cook & feed our family of 10 with a holiday brunch & dinner which turned into a bit of headache due to the lack of large pots, bowls, baking dishes, or even a pancake turner. Definitely could use a few basic seasonings being stocked ie; salt & pepper, and maybe some napkins ( paper towels were provided) Thankfully we bought paper plates or we would not have been able to accommodate our family meals. The Couches in the living room were very old, worn, brokedown and uncomfortable, basically unusable. The beds each had one comforter on them and 4 very soft pillows, There were no extra pillows, blankets or throw blankets which would have been nice. In conclusion, I thought I would leave these specifics for whomever rented this home next so they could prepare for the lack of things that are usually common in other Vrbo's. Overall we really enjoyed our time together in a big beautiful home. Thank you.
