Large master bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in closet, and a attached office w/high speed internet. A beautiful and fundtional backyard with a huge deck, a custom kids' swing set, and trees all around.
Conveniently located within a short drive to Downtown Kirkland, Bellevue, and Seattle.
Located on a very quiet street and conveniently one block from the entrance to Big Finn Parks' 220-acre with 9.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a playground and recreational fields. Big Finn Park connects to Saint Edward State Park’s 326 acres with 7 miles of biking and hiking trails and 3,000 feet of Lake Washington Shoreline.
Walking distance to QFC and restaurants.
3.7 miles to Juanita Beach Park.
2.5 miles to Denny Park, and an excellent beach park on Lake Washington.
2.4 miles to Rhododendron Park.

This is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom rambler house, total 2050 sq. ft. sitting in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by lakes and parks.
1. Large master with King bed, an ensuite, walk-in closet, and attached office.
2. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed
3. 3rd bedroom with Full bed
4. 4th bedroom setting up as an office w/sofabed to satisfy more people sleeping need.
There is a huge deck and a custom kids' swing set. It is on a quiet private street in the Lake Washington School District. Just minutes away from Thoreau Elementary.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house except the attached garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street for three cars.
We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that a security camera is installed at the front door for security purposes.

My family enjoyed the spacious clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to nature trails and ball field. Grocery store close by. House worked out great. Loved back yard and play structure. Very nice updated well equipped kitchen. Hope to be back!

We loved our stay at this updated, charming home in Kirkland. Xin was a responsive and communicative host. The home was just as stated. Big rooms and a lovely deck. Located in a quiet and well-established neighborhood, groceries and other necessities were nearby. The kitchen was well- equipped with cooking pans and supplies. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for a week.
