Welcome to Villa Poul, a stunning 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom holiday villa nestled in the hills above beautiful Kalkan on Turkey’s turquoise coast. With plenty of room, a lavish design, and a range of amenities, Villa Poul offers the perfect escape for large families or groups seeking space, comfort, and a touch of indulgence.
At the heart of the villa is a generously sized heated* infinity pool, offering views over the coastline – ideal for relaxing swims or lounging in the sun. To the rear of the villa is a smaller, shallower pool, perfect for younger guests or simply cooling off with a cocktail in hand.
Inside, the villa boasts seven stylishly decorated bedrooms, as well as 7 modern bathrooms for added privacy. Two of the bedrooms are located in a separate annex with its own external access – ideal for guests seeking a little extra peace and quiet.
For entertainment, Villa Poul comes equipped with both a football table and table tennis, providing fun for all ages. The spacious open-plan living area is bright and modern, flowing effortlessly onto shaded terraces for al fresco dining and lounging.
The villa is conveniently located just a short walk from local restaurants and mini markets, while the vibrant Kalkan resort centre is only 1.5km away, offering a wider selection of dining, shopping, and beach options.

Important Information: The second, smaller pool located to the rear of the villa measures 5m by 3m, with a depth of 1.3m. Please note, bedroom 7, located in the externally accessed annex, is located up a flight of stairs from the ground floor of the annex. There is one shower room on the ground floor and another shower room upstairs. For your own safety please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit walk or stand on the infinity pool edge. Children must be supervised at all times.
