Set in the secluded countryside between Perth and Dundee, Scotland, our self-catering lodges are stylish and modern, with their own private hot tubs. Featuring 2 double bedrooms, they are ideal for couples, small families and groups of up to 4 people. So, whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a luxury family break or a getaway with friends, our lodges offer the perfect hot tub hideaway. If you’re looking for a home-from-home environment, where you can relax in luxury and comfort, our Hideaway Lodges make a wonderful choice. With 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/lounge area, dining space, shower room and outdoor decking with a hot tub, these lodges sleep up to 4 guests. Designed with privacy in mind, each bright and spacious lodge makes the most of the sunlight throughout the day, and offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. All feature 50″ Smart TVs, and provide all linen, luxury soaps and toiletries.
The property consists of multiple guesthouses Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only Beach towels are not included To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 18 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. For your peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen damages, we kindly request a security deposit. This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
