很干净，住起来很舒服，也很靠近餐厅和mall。Clean, comfortable, convenient location.
厨房水龙头开关松了，会整个掉下来，放回去了，左右开也很松。然后主人房的水压很小。
The pantry faucet is very loose, will drop when I turn it on/off. Water pressure in the master room is very small.

1.Cleanliness. Very clean apartment.
2. Location. Walkable to Ipoh Parade Mall where you can easily find food.
3.The unit is equipped with fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave, toaster and crockeries.Really felt like home staying here.
1.Wifi is not strong.
