Luxury 2BR Villa with Rice Field View and Pool - Hubuddha II

Staff were awesome - super-friendly and always willing to help. Villa was stunning, and cute little cafe overlooking the rice paddies was only 8 mins walk away. Villa was spotless, had nice views, was a really cool design and had all the home comforts such as Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, oven etc. The separate work space overlooking the pool area was a real bonus!

Sliding doors were broken on both the ground floor and main bedroom, so could be slid open from the outside raising security concerns...and two security cameras over the pool meant privacy felt a little invaded. A little far from central Ubud; so you need a bike/ taxi to get around, but I enjoyed the serenity!

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect balance between modern comfort and traditional charm.

Honestly, our only regret was not staying longer! (Just a tip for future guests: since it’s nestled in nature, bring some mosquito repellent for the evenings on the terrace).

We’ve been hopping from villa to villa on Bali to explore different areas and this is probably the most “advanced” modern villa I’ve seen on the island so far. The layout, the furniture, the decorations, the equipment - everything is top notch and brand new. That’s especially relevant as we were travelling during the wet season and a lot of properties here on Bali are dated and have humidity and mold problems. This one looks new, clean and dry. The staff was very friendly and flexible, as we had some extra requests because we travel with the kid. They even arranged for us some toys to play. And yes the flamingo from the photos is real ;)
