The villa is super modern and spacious, very well designed layout and most definitely high end quality. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It really is a good base for a short stay in Ubud.
There wasn't much not to like. It's not necessarily a negative but it's worth being aware that the Villas are fairly isolated away from shops and restaurants, so if you're looking for something more lively then you may have an issue with the location. For us the location and surroundings were great, and there is always a grab services in case you wish to order take away on evening.

We've been traveling for over a year now, and I can confidently say this was the best property we have ever stayed at. The villa is great, the staff is great. Everything is perfect.
The only thing I'd say was lacking would be the isolation. The doors do not have wooden frames, so, they leave a gap. This is bad for insects and noise, although there is not a lot of noise in the area.
The sliding doors on the rooms weren't isolated either, there is a tiny gap between them. Other than that, honestly, best stay I ever had.

The facilities were good. In advance, i had discussed with their staff for massage, breakfast and in property dinner arrangement. the assistance was great and help me to plan ahead. She also further helped advice where to visit around the area, best timing to visit and advice where i can get the food or groceries that i need during the stay.
the seond night was abit unbearable because after heavy rain, the grass patches surrounding our property had all the toads croacking at night. it was hard to sleep.
