Amazing, chilled, and a warm place to visit with friends as a couple or with small family

Design, planning, decor, cleanliness, smiling & helpful staff, overall warmth.

- Distance wise its a bit away from city centre. - Also they informed, to promote local drivers we needed to book cab only thru them and not thru any app. We did and it was pretty decently priced with goos drivers so we felt sorted. But it should be mentioned somewhere while booking. - the visibility from next villa can be blocked with if more denser trees are planted along with wall.

This was our 1st time in a villa and we will 100% be doing it again. So good!

The breakfast was great. Simple selection but something for most and staff happy to accomodate needs. The location was peaceful, quiet and had great views of the rice fields. Grab cars cant pick you up from the property but can drop off. Local drivers are 100k each way and staff are happy to organise.

Nothing really. Everything was there and if it wasn't they were happy to accomodate. If I were to pick anything it's very minor. No hand towel in the powder room, place is so new a hook probably hasn't been installed yet. Another towel rack for wet pool towels, balcony railing worked for us. Limited food options close by however local store had super cheap locals pricing and local restaurant Tamarind was so good you could eat there every night, bonus they deliver to the villa!!

A luxurious and carefree stay with outstanding service, without a doubt one of our best experiences in Bali.

The villa was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Every morning a delicious breakfast was prepared in the villa, and the private pool was spacious and perfect to relax in. The service was truly exceptional, everything was taken care of for us, from excursions to laundry service. A special compliment goes to Fanny and Anissa: they were amazing with our children, spoke remarkably good English, and always took plenty of time for them. Even when we came back late, the kids wanted to see them, and it was never a problem. On our departure day, we were even surprised with a floating breakfast in the pool, which made the stay extra special.

Not much close by in terms of restaraunt or shops. Restricted to using local taxi drivers only as area does not allow any online taxi services such as Grab etc Limited breakfast options (4) each day.

Excellent value for money

We had the pleasure of staying at Hubuddha Villas and were thoroughly impressed from the moment we arrived. The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and nestled in a peaceful spot that’s still conveniently close to the center of Ubud. Ellen, the property manager, went out of her way to welcome us—even meeting us after hours, which made our arrival feel incredibly smooth and personal. The villa itself is immaculate and excellent value. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances, ideal for cooking or just relaxing over a meal. Entertainment is top-notch too—two of the three bedrooms have projectors, and the third bedroom and living area are fitted with large TVs for easy viewing. One of the highlights is the private pool, perfect for a morning dip or an evening wind-down in total privacy. The only challenge was the narrow driveway leading to the villa. We had a 6-seater, which made navigating it a bit tricky—likely not an issue if you’re using a smaller car or a scooter. All in all, this villa is a gem. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and relaxing stay in Ubud

Die Villa 2 war für uns als dreiköpfige Familie perfekt. Luxuriös ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, einem schönen Pool, freundlichem Personal, komfortablen Betten - einfach nur sehr schön.

Man ist zur Abholung auf die lokalen Taxis angewiesen - zurück kann man jedoch problemlos Grab oder Gojek nehmen. Oder man leiht sich einen Roller.
