Sehr schöne, modern ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Gute Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Zum Schlafen in der Nacht ruhig und gute Möglichkeit, die Wohnung zu lüften. Bad edel und modern ausgestattet. Die bekannte Überschwemmung durch die Dusche wurde mit einem selbst mitgebrachten Putztuch gelöst.
Keine Wohnungsmappe mit einem herzlich Willkommen und ein paar Information zur Umgebung (z.B. Einkaufen oder empfohlene Gaststätten). Auch keine Informationen zur Smart-Home-Technik - nicht alles ist in der Wohnung selbsterklärend. So war zu Beginn nicht klar, ob man noch eine Smart-Home-App benötigt, um z.B. die Fensterrolläden zu bewegen. Zum Einwählen ins WLAN wurde ein halbes Dutzend WLAN-Hotspots angezeigt. Da nur das Passwort an der Wand angegeben ist, bleibt es dem Gast überlassen, die WLANs durchzuprobieren.
