A casa está bem reabilitada, tem AC em todas as divisões, a decoração é simples mas com bom gosto. Destacamos a limpeza impecável e a simpatia da D. Sara. Também gostámos muito da zona. Oriola foi uma boa surpresa. Dá para um passeio a pé até à praia e para uma visita à queijaria local.

A configuração da casa adequa-se mais para a Primavera/ Verão, visto que entre a sala de estar e a cozinha está um pátio exterior. Para passar de uma divisão para outra no Inverno é complicado, porque apanhamos frio e chuva. Mas na época mais quente, o pátio com churrasco deve ser muito agradável. A cama de casal em ferro tem um estrado pouco firme, o que provoca uma cova no meio.
