Overprized compared to overall user experience of the property
Size of the apartment was decent.
The apartment requires significant maintenance and refurbishment to ensure a comfortable living experience. 1. The washroom has a persistent sewage odor and lacks proper air ventilation, causing it to smell unpleasant throughout the day. I always had to use air fresheners before every use. 2. The wooden door frames in both the hall and washroom are in poor condition, creating hidden spots for insects. 3. The AC vents are quite dirty and require deep cleaning. 4. There is no balcony, and the windows open only about 30–45 cm, leading to poor air circulation. As a result, ventilation is inadequate, and clothes take unusually long to dry. 5. The lighting inside the flat is dull, making the rooms appear dark; a fresh coat of paint in brighter colors would greatly improve the ambience. 6. The room light lamp has not been working for the past two weeks, and despite informing the property management team, it has not been replaced.
