NEVER AGAIN AND STAY AWAY!

only early check-ins because I was sick with a fever

This is my experience: I want to report the bad treatment I received at the Ajman Corniche (UAE) studio 10/18 Jan 2026, by the owner H.H., to whom I had asked for a simple sheet, as soon as I arrived, since there was only the mattress cover and a very heavy blanket, I was sick with a fever and he knew it and did nothing, on the contrary he was arrogant and offended me by saying I was a liar, (I have everything documented) just for asking the security if by chance the sheet was there after 3 days of waiting! Furthermore, I had chosen this studio for the presence of the balcony, which does not exist, not to mention the dirt was everywhere, Furthermore, after the last discussion, in almost incomprehensible English, strange, but the wifi was blocked for 2 days while I was communicating with my doctor in Italy... could it have been a coincidence? The bathroom is absurd with a useless shower without a curtain and it floods everywhere, the toilet button is broken. The view is of a building,the carpets are old and dirty and there is hair everywhere I hope similar experiences never happen again, especially since I didn't ask for anything unusual, just a sheet for an eight-day stay. He also lied by saying that I was out when the laundry arrived. Of course, with a fever of 39 I usually go to the beach. No comment. I want say thanks to this person who doesn't know how to do his job and who ruined my vacation when I was feeling sick!

I found everything I needed in this flat

Very nice and elegant flat with great location

Every thing was good

Not so bad

It’s calm and the furniture is nice

It need to be cleaned wisely there was hair in the floor and washroom wasn’t clean enough the entire flat was full of hair I cleaned myself I mopped the floor and wiped the furnitures
