It was spacious and comfortable. Check in and out was simple and communication good. Internet was good

Not ready for Booking.com (yet)

The apartment is large, the Internet was fast (when it wasn't disconnected), the directions to the location and check-in was very easy, the location is (relatively) near many supermarkets/restaurants/coffee shops.

There were foot prints on the floor (probably from the cleaners), there was hair and slime on the wall in the main bathroom and the mirror light was burnt out, there was no toilet paper and no bathroom towels (small ones next to the sink; large shower towels were in the cabinet), the kitchen had a terrible smell that I couldn't use it, the balcony wasn't usable until I moved the furniture out of the way, the Internet disconnected on the second day due to an unpaid bill and only came back after a couple of hours after the owner had paid it, the management company was very apologetic, but not very professional (tried to find excuses; customer service isn't their forte). I wish them luck, but I regretted not going to a decent hotel despite the lower price.

The location was ok. You could easily catch the taxi to take you wherever you need to go. Cute property. Safe. Everyone keeps to themselves.

We visit the UAE for weeks at a time, yearly. Dubai seems to know more about cleanliness that the properties in Ajman. This is the second time we've stayed in Ajman and the toilets and bathrooms were filthy. There were poops stuck to the inside of the toilet and the toilet brush. The bathroom was filthy. We immediately went to the store and bought cleaning products and started to sanitize the whole property including balcony. Hygiene is the only problem we've encountered here. But overall, the property was ok. Safe. We did complain to the owner about the dirty toilets and he said they had a new cleaner. But a cleaner should be directed to ensure that the whole property especially toilet, bathtub and kitchen, are spotless.

لم يعجبني اي شي هو ليس فندق بل عبارة عن شقة في مبنى سكني

لا يوجد استقبال فقط شقة بها صندوق خاري تضع الرقم السري المرسل من بوكينج وتأخذ المفتاح تاخرنا في الدخول الى الشقة كثيرا لا يوجد مستزمات الحمام من فرشاة اسنان وصابون وغيره المكيف حار جدا
