Two cleaners houseboys ringing the bell at 10:45 asking me for checkout whereas my booking saying check out is at 12:30 pm. strange behavior and hope management correct this!

Spacious apartment. All Households available
I supposed to vacate the flat by 12noon.
But the owner of apartment calling around 10am to vacate the flat by 1030-1100am
I stayed in many of Booking.com accomodations, but this was the first time I experienced such an issue.
We trust Booking.com maintains their standards with their registered partners. That's the reason, I always go with booking.com.
But I really surprised and disappointed with Booking.com.
Because I was staying with my family.
