Never ever book there, I have left the property 2 minutes after check in, I wish if I could add more photos to show you

Before arriving, I sent you a message at 16:59 specifically to confirm the cleanliness of the unit. You acknowledged my arrival time as 19:00. Due to traffic, I arrived at 20:12, and from that moment onward I raised multiple concerns about the location, the hygiene, and even the safety of the unit. The entrance door was left open and did not lock properly, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The condition of the property was not just below standard—it was entirely uninhabitable. Spoiled milk left in a baby bottle, dirty floors, stained bed sheets, cigarette smell, an unclean toilet, and foul odors from the furniture all demonstrate a complete lack of hygiene and basic maintenance. No guest should be expected to risk their health by staying in such conditions. This situation did not just inconvenience me; it ruined my anniversary plans. My wife and I traveled from Dubai to Ajman expecting a clean and comfortable stay. Instead, we were met with a property that was misrepresented, unsafe, and unhygienic. Despite my complaints starting at 20:12, you only responded at 23:20 claiming the property had been “cleaned” and asking me to return for check‑in. After the state in which the unit was found, this response is entirely unacceptable.
