Cozy, spacious, and clean stay!

Even though we arrived much later than we had initially informed the host and it was well late into the night, the property managers stayed in contact with us and guided us to the hotel! The map location listed in booking might be wrong though, so they reach out on Whatsapp to send the correct address. It was an entire apartment in the top floor for us, and there were 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and also a TV! The wifi was so good and it was such a cozy apartment. Wish I could have stayed longer! The beds were SO SOFT.

The location was in a weird place, and they did not have a dedicated parking, which meant that we had to leave our car parked outside one of the local stores which felt unsafe. Not sure if that was just because we arrived really late though!

A NEW HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

The staff are so friendly! Best Value! Finally, I was able to see a place that makes me feel I am home! I slept well the bed was just so comfortable. This is ideal for those who are staying in Ajman for business! The price is so reasonable!

I love to cook my own food sometimes and a little upgrade of the pots and pan and kettle is ideal!

Noisy and uncomfortable stay overall, but with a good location, friendly staff, and comfortable bed

Location was good and the rooms are spaciouse.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During my stay, the restaurant in the building was undergoing maintenance, which created constant noise. It was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. In addition, noise from the second floor was clearly audible. You could hear water usage and bathroom sounds very distinctly, which added to the disturbance. The apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms and three bathrooms; however, only one bathroom was actually usable. The bathroom next to the living room had a very unpleasant smell, and the bathroom attached to the bedroom with two single beds did not have hot water. Overall, the noise issues and poor bathroom conditions significantly affected the comfort of the stay.

You will be happy to stay here. Everywhere is covered in dirt. Those who clean are all black, black smelly people. It would be better if they took a shower themselves first. An Egyptian kenc kid working there knows nothing but getting money from the guests. They are not interested in the guests. They are all disgusting people. Let the money you get by scamming people is haram. Everything in the rooms is old, everything is full of diseases. There are cockroaches in all the rooms. Don't be fooled by what you see in the picture. I wrote what I saw for God's sake. Those who clean the room are all iyrenc men. There are always bad smells coming from the rooms and the apartment. The apartment is completely sick. It's a colour, people are working. Beds, rooms are all sick.

The apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. However, some of the listed kitchen utensils were missing. Additionally, there is no parking available within the building itself. We booked the apartment for a leisure trip and expected on-site parking as indicated in the listing, but were only informed upon arrival that parking is limited to nearby public spaces. If you’re the owner, it would be helpful to clarify this in the listing and assist in reserving a parking spot within the building premises in advance for guests bringing a car to avoid any inconvenience.

Good location and nice room but very Rude behaviour of the agent who is handling the property

I think there is an Egyptian guy maybe Owner of the property or the agent who is handling the property he's very very very rude. Normally Check out time is 12pm we were 2 ladies and we requested him to give us half hour time so we can prepare our luggage as we were check in at 3pm but he didn't want to hear anything and started raining his voice even he did not asked if we want to extend our stay even we have paid deposit amount in advance.. In any hotels the check out timing is 12pm there but giving some flexibility in timing for check out
