Value for money stay. Full 2 bedroom setup in an apartment building. Uninterrupted electricity and water supply. There is also a gas connection which works. Fridge and AC were operational. Marol Naka metro station is ~2 Km. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quick commerce apps deliver here.

The apartment is located in a very congested area. The main roads are not walkable and full of dust. Too much traffic on the roads at all times. The maintenance staff is not at all trained. They have hired domestic help to maintain the apartment. There is an open window in the kitchen which brings in the mosquitos.

Very nice apartment. Awesome views and comfortable beds. Very clean and excellent ubication.

What I liked: Location is good, the apartment is in a gated society so easy to take a stroll in the evening after dinner within the society, property is adequately furnished but nothing fancy, all basic stuff available, kettle, washing machine, clothes rack, gas stove, good water filter, microwave, comfy beds, closets, sofa and center table in the living room, clean rooms and clean bathrooms, caretaker was polite.

The living room as well as bedroom walls had molds. I happened to check all the other 3 apartments on the same floor and none of them had any molds on the wall. Also, the other 3 apartments had dining table whereas the one provided to me didn't have dining table. So clearly, I was provided the worst apartment by the company on that floor even though the other apartments were unoccupied when I had arrived for check in. I had informed the company that I am traveling with family and kids so they could have considered what kind of apartment is needed for family with kids. Caretaker could not speak or understand both Marathi and English, only Hindi. It was ok for me, but my kids don't understand Hindi.
