My purpose was to admit my son into IIT Bombay... This is a reasonable close...
The cutlery set was not up to the mark... They could have provided a few more utensils... And the geyser was not working in one bathroom.... Water coming out of the AC in the master bedroom....

The apartment is at a good location. The size of the apartment is good.
The property is a part of the residential society. One thing that I did not like was, even though we confirmed we were a family, we were asked to show marriage certificate during the time of check in. Then the caretaker asked us to ensure that the women dress decent enough as the property is a part of a residential area. This not only put everyone of us at discomfort, but also made us question about booking this property.
Also, the apartment is not that clean and is full of mosquitoes. We had to ask the caretaker several times to give us mosquito repellent.
