They were receptive to our request of early check in. We requested for breakfast on the day of check in itself as we were going to check out early morning on the following day..they accepted the request. Room size was good. Staff was courteous and helpful.
we didn't get a blanket and towel for the third person that we requested for, although the request was made late in the night.

1. Wonderful & Helpful Staff - Mr. Syed Moinudin & Ms. Yamuna were fantastic at the Reception along with the friendly Valet & Porters
2. Proximity to the Airport - Never late to catch a Flight no matter how late you are - 15-20 minutes distance
3. Location - In the heart of Santa Cruz which is the best place to experience the busy city life of Mumbai. A walk around the Property is quite exciting. Tourist spots are in proximity with ample Autos (Tuk-Tuks) & Taxis available thanks to Uber (best to download the App) which is also economical (depending on demand for bookings)
4. Rooms - 2 Comfortable Rooms that can host a Couple in each room with toiletries & towels provided in the Bathroom. Ample bottles of 500ml water provided (which they provide more when requested). Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Stove, Microwave, Coffee/Tea/ Milk Powder sachets provided with Kettle. Televisions with Cable Connection provided.
4. Wonderful Breakfast - Bread, Butter, Jam, Choice of Eggs, Upma, Chutney, Aloo Paratha, Curd, Pickle, Maggi Noodles, Cut Papaya, Banana, Tea/Coffee
1. Limited tables for dining. We find Couples/Families searching for a spot to sit
