Établissement bien situé, et les locaux d’une grande propreté

Accueil du gestionnaire de site : l’adresse de casa BB&Djassi suites n’est pas correcte sur le site Booking, celle mentionnée correspond aux chambres situées dans un immeuble distinct. Nous avons donc fait « erreur » en arrivant. Au lieu de nous expliquer aimablement, il nous a rabrouées, idem sur un problème de changement de chambre, et une modification de tarif dont le montant indiqué par une assistante n’était pas celui finalement demandé. Comportement vraiment désagréable de la part de ce monsieur, qui est dans l’appréciation des clients. Il a certes le sens du business, mais il devrait développer ses qualités relationnelles , du moins apprendre à être aimable!
